Delivery-Cancellation-Return Policies

General Delivery Information

Please note the delivery time frames indicated are estimates only and are based on inventory being despatched from our warehouse under normal circumstances during business hours. An increased volume of orders during promotional periods may lead to delayed despatch and delivery.

*NOTE: In the current global economic environment with both national and international borders restrictions to contend with, additional lead time may be required to deliver your order to you.

A signature is required when your order is delivered; we recommend providing a delivery address where there is someone available to receive and sign for your order. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notification card for re-delivery.

If you have any special instructions relating to your order or delivery, please indicate this in the ‘Order Notes’ section when placing your order.

Delivery timeframe (orders are despatched within 2-3 working days and delivery will take a further 5-10 working days).

Cancellation of Order – once an official order has been received, a contract is deemed to have been entered into between Treadwell Group Pty Ltd and the customer. Cancellation of the contract will be at the discretion of Treadwell Group Pty Ltd. A cancellation will not be accepted under any circumstances where a product has been specially made to order.

Return of Goods –Treadwell Group does not accept return of goods due to change of mind. Under exceptional circumstances standard products may be returned to us within seven (7) days of date of delivery, provided that the customer has written agreement from Treadwell Group Pty Ltd to such a return. No claims will be entertained for returns outside this period. Goods are to be returned at the customers’ own expense to the original source of supply, as specified by Treadwell Group Pty Ltd.

Defective Goods – The Purchaser shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall, within seven (7) days of delivery, (time being of the essence) notify Treadwell Group Pty Ltd of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote, photographs of the alleged defect or damage must accompany this notification. The Purchaser shall afford Treadwell Group Pty Ltd an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time frame following delivery, if the Purchaser believes the Goods are defective in any way. If the Purchaser fails to comply with these provisions, then the Goods are presumed to be free from any defect or damage. Defects in quality or dimensions in any delivery shall not be a ground for cancellation of the remainder of the order or contract.
